Full Day Itinerary

Come Traveling With Us Down The Great Ocean Road

We are leaving Melbourne and driving along the Great Ocean Road, which spans 192 kilometres from Anglesea to Port Campbell National Park, situated on the southern coast of Victoria. Our first stop is the Memorial Arch, a National Heritage site and the starting point for the Great Ocean Road. We will pause for a photo opportunity at this world famous Great Ocean Road sign before we continue our day trip along this famous road.

Great Ocean Road

Watch out for wildlife spotting throughout the day; if you are lucky, you may spot Australian koalas or hear songs of native birds such as kookaburras, king parrots, yellow robins and fairy-wrens.

Great Ocean Road | Seaside Towns

Cape Otway National Park

Visit one of Australia’s most stunning roadside attractions: This ancient rainforest located inside The Great Otway National Park is something to see! Observe towering eucalyptus trees that reach up into the sky while still remaining green all year round due to their old age! There are also huge ferns everywhere you look, beautiful wetlands with many different kinds of birds flying around them, plus so many more that can’t even be described here!

The Twelve Apostles

Captivate yourself with the famous Twelve Apostles and take in the splendour of the limestone cliffs’ charm. Let yourself relax in front of towering coastal cliffs as stormy waves crash against rocks below. Observe colour changes between the sky and sea as the sun slowly disappears behind these stunning rock formations. From 12 Apostles you will see Gog and Magog with Gibson Steps far away. It is one of the most unforgettable points on your Great Ocean Road Trip!

Loch Ard Gorge

Get captivated by Loch Ard Gorge’s natural beauty under our guide’s information about its famous shipwreck coast. There have been over two hundred wrecks from Port Fairy to Cape Otway. Listen to a dreadful tale of survival by two young people who were aboard Loch Ard Ship Wreck in 1878. The Salt and Pepper Shakers, Island Archway, and Razorback are just a few examples.

Return to Melbourne

On our way back to Melbourne, we will stop by Colac for dinner (at your own cost). This Great Ocean Road Tour includes all entrance charges. Our tour guide is very lively, friendly, polite and helpful; they can help you find some hidden places or provide you with some facts about them which you might not know. A modern fully air-conditioned bus driven by experienced drivers will pick you up from and drop off at your inner-city hotel.
