- More than 7 days before tour: Full refund
- 2–7 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to our team.
4. Changes and Cancellations by Autopia Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or minimum numbers not being met. In such cases, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Tour Participation Requirements
Guests must be physically able to participate in walking or hiking segments where applicable.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. Liability and Insurance
Autopia Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control (including natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions).
